If you are seeing a “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience. (Error Code: 600)” error when attempting to join ER:LC, that means Roblox detected that an accounts using the same device or network was previously banned from ER:LC, and you're now blocked on other accounts linked to it.
Why This Occurs
ER:LC recently started using Roblox’s updated ban system. This system is run entirely by Roblox and helps stop people from using alternate accounts to bypass bans. This system is already used by many games to prevent cheating and exploiting.
How to Check or Appeal Your Ban
You can now check your ban status or submit an appeal through the ban hub game.
Join on the account that was originally banned. If you see "your account is not banned," that account isn't the one that was originally banned.
⚠️ Please note, we are not able to review appeals via our support ticket system. You must submit all appeals through the appeals game!
What If I Don’t Know the Original Account?
If you’re not sure which account was banned, you can contact us with a list of any Roblox usernames you’ve used. We’ll do our best to check.
I know which account is banned, but I do not have access to it anymore:
If you can’t access the account that was banned, you can still request help: submit a new request, select “Enforcement Action Appeal” as the category — make sure you provide the original account's username and an explanation as to why you're unable to access the original account.
