Can I have a refund for Robux or in-game purchases?

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

Robux Purchases

We are unable to offer any refunds for purchases made using Robux as Roblox does not offer developers a way to return Robux back to a player's account. 

In-Game Purchases

We do not offer refunds on purchases made with in-game currency.

Exceptions

PRC may issue refunds or exchanges on products when there has been a processing error, such as when you are charged twice for the same product. If this happens, please contact us via our Discord server so a moderator can better assist you.
