Custom Livery & Ad Guidelines

All liveries and sponsored advertisements must abide by our guidelines.

Once submitted, all advertisements and liveries are placed into an approval queue and manually reviewed by a human moderator for compliance with our guidelines.

Why was my livery or advertisement denied?

Liveries and advertisements are commonly denied for the following reasons:

• Containing real-life brand logos or materials
  • Your ads/liveries cannot contain real-life logos, business/product names, or other branding materials that may be copywritten.
• Containing anything that resembles a link, phone number, or social media handle.
  • Examples include: @SocialMediaHandles, fake phone numbers (e.g (123) 456-7890), or partial Discord invites (e.g. .gg/PRC)
• Staff liveries that do not contain the full server name on all sides of the livery.

Sometimes, content may be denied even if it follows all the guidelines, it's possible that it did not load for the reviewer or that a mistake was made. In this case, please try re-submitting the content once, if it is still denied, please contact our moderators through the Discord support system.
