How can I appeal my ban from the PRC Discord server?

If you're banned from our Discord Server, you can appeal your ban through our moderation bot's appeal hub: PRC Discord Ban Appeal Hub.

The Discord ban appeal form is available at https://banappeal.gg/prc and on the message you're sent by our moderation bot when you're banned from the Discord server:

Once you click the button, you'll be prompted to sign into the Circle Bot website with Discord, make sure you use the correct account, otherwise you'll experience an error!

It's important to submit an honest and detailed appeal. Once you click submit, our team will review the appeal. It may take up to 14 days for your appeal to be reviewed.

If you are having trouble with the Discord ban appeal form, make sure you're logged into the right account!

If you are seeing an error saying "You are logged into this website as [username], but you are trying to appeal the ban for another account. Please make sure you are logged into the right Discord account in your browser," follow these steps:

• Visit https://discord.com/app
• Click the gear icon at the bottom by your profile
• Click the "Log Out" button in Discord settings, on the left side of the screen.
• Log into the correct account (the one that's banned from the PRC Discord)

If you are seeing an error stating "Your account is not banned from this server with Circle," it's possible you were banned several years ago before we used the Circle Bot, in this case, please submit a request.
