How can I appeal my in-game ban?

If you are banned from Emergency Response: Liberty County, you must wait 60 days before you can submit an appeal.

Submitting your appeal

After you've been banned for 60 days, you can submit an appeal simply by joining the game and clicking the Appeal Ban button.

It's important you submit an honest and detailed appeal! Once you submit your appeal, you can rejoin the game to check its status.

Our team will review all appeals in the order they're received, however, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for your appeal to be reviewed. 

Exploiting Bans

If you were banned for exploiting and believe the ban was false, don't worry! Our anti-cheat developers review every ban manually. In the unlikely event we made a mistake, you will be unbanned within a few hours - no appeal necessary. 

If you are not unbanned within a few hours, we have reviewed your ban and determined it is not false. You will have to wait 60 days and submit an appeal.
